MIGRATION IN THE ASEAN AND PHILIPPINE CONTEXT — PRESENTATION FOR UP CIFAL PHILIPPINES' PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE COURSE ON GLOBAL MIGRATION

These set of slides were presented by Secretary-General Dr. Orlando Mercado in a lecture seriorganized by the University of the Philippines International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders (UP CIFAL) Philippines on Migration in the 21st Century: Origins, Concepts, and Role in Sustainabable Development. His lecture's theme was on Migration in the Global Setting. The lecture was held at the School of Statistics, UP Diliman, Philippines, on 6 August 2019. 

With professional background on being a Permanent Representative to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), he was invited to share his knowledge on the above-mentioned topic.
