Membership to EROPA is open to all states, institutions, and individuals that seek to promote and develop the field of public administration.

Three possible membership options are available:
  1. State (country) membership (annual fees range from US$ 3,300 to 4,950, depending on the state's socio-economic status): Any country within the region may apply to join EROPA as a State Member and nominate an institution to act as its corresponding agent to EROPA.
  2. Institutional (group) membership (US$ 165 to 5,500, per year): Open to Organizations, Associations or Groups in a country or territory within and outside the EROPA region, whose purpose and activities are in consonance with the objectives of EROPA.
  3. Individual membership (US$ 21, annually): Open to bona fide individuals within and outside the EROPA region, whose profession and activities serve to promote the interests of EROPA.

What's in store for you as a member of EROPA? Here are some of the ways by which EROPA nurtures the competencies and skills of its members in the field of public administration and governance.

Opportunity to join/co-host Regional Conferences

For a discounted fee (up to US$ 50 less), EROPA members get the chance to join annual  conferences conducted by EROPA. As a member, you get to meet and learn from public administration scholars and practitioners in the region, and share knowledge, practices and insights in the field.  Each year, a relevant theme and a host country within the Asia-Pacific region is chosen. State (country) members have the opportunity to host these conferences, and nominate network members.
Linkages and networking opportunities

EROPA has a vast network of NGOs, government agencies, academic institutions, policy leaders and experts working in public administration and governance.  Furthermore, EROPA is maintaining a database called EROPA ExP (EROPA Experts and Practitioners) that taps available specialists that accommodate to individuals and institutions in need of technical assistance in different fields of public administration.  Members can apply to be one of the experts/consultants in EROPA ExP.

EROPA Bulletin and Asian Review of Public Administration

The Asian Review of Public Administration (annual subscription fee is US$ 30) is the flagship journal publication of EROPA, which synthesizes relevant ideas and developments in public administration and governance.  Members are entitled to a free copy of the journal, released twice in a year.

Latest updates, trends, news, and developments in EROPA are provided through the EROPA Bulletin. Members are entitled to a copy of the newsletter, released quarterly.

​Members are also entitled to free copies of other EROPA publications.
Participation in the online platforms of EROPA

EROPA also maintains online services, expanding its presence in the social media sites (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube)  Members can interact with one another through the website, as well as other online platforms. The membership database is available for access to EROPA members.

Joining other EROPA activities 

EROPA members can also join other activities that are organized by EROPA, such as seminars, training activities, fora, etc.

Being part of an International Organization

EROPA members hold the prestige of being a member of a international organization that continues to foster the theory and practice of public administration. To date, the organization has members in more than 30 nations in Africa, the Americas, Asia, and Europe.
