debunking the myths of migration — presentation for #tag on the move: dialogue on migration15/8/2019  These set of slides were presented by Secretary-General Dr. Orlando Mercado in the launch of the #TAG (Thinking About Governance) Dialogue. The first dialogues of the new program by EROPA was organized by the University of the Philippines International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders (UP CIFAL) Philippines and the topic was on Migration. It was held at the Case Room of the National College of Public Administration and Governance, UP, on 15 August 2019.
