2017 EROPA CONFERENCE: ONLINE REGISTRATION

Online registration is open for the 2017 EROPA Conference, which shall be held in Seoul, Republic of Korea on 11-15 September 2017.

The Organizing Committee will provide free airport transportation for conference delegates. For delegates who need the service please indicate your accurate flight numbers when registering. Participants who need to apply for a visa before they enter the Republic of Korea can make a visa application to the Korean embassy or consulate in charge. The organizers will provide assistance to participants for visa application if necessary.

High-quality lunch boxes and/or buffet meals will be served for the participants during the meeting. For participants who have dietary restrictions, please indicate your needs when registering. The Organizing Committee will organize sightseeing programs on 15 September. Please indicate your willingness to join the program when registering.

Paper presenters must note the paper submission guidelines as posted in the Call for Papers section of the conference site, and submit their respective abstracts, papers, and powerpoint presentations via e-mail ([email protected]). For more inquiries, feel free to contact us.
