Chaired by Mr. Makhdum Priyatno, the session focused on people in the field of Public Administration. The presentations for this session were done by the following individuals:

• Mr. Peter K.W. Fong on An Analysis of New Approaches in Human Resource Management in the Hong Kong SAR, China;
  
• Ms. Jocelyn C. Cuaresma on Revisiting the Internal Revenue Allotment and its Contribution to the Pursuit of Inclusive Growth;
  
• and lastly, Mr. Masao Kikuchi on Bringing the Civil Servant Back In: Public Service Motivation and Performance in Japanese Public Sector.​
